So you’ve found The Overlap!
This section of the site houses some of my personal projects, explorations and thoughts. These tend to converge around themes of language and communication more broadly. Many posts will reveal some of my background in visual art & design, but I’d also like to use the space to share my ventures into fields of audio work where I have next to no experience – such as sound design.
The Overlap is where you can see my interests in sound and vision come together.
You’ve probably seen that this post is labelled with an ‘O’ number (O for Overlap, not 0 for zero) alongside its title. This should help to identify posts as I gradually build up this little library of content. I’ll be adding past work to start with, but hopefully you’ll enjoy seeing this eclectic mix of material continue to grow into new places. Who knows where we’ll end up…
